Order Processing

Orders are generally processed on the same or next business day.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are generally processed on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday and does not normally process orders on weekends or major holidays.

United States Shipping

Happy Mammoth currently offers the following shipping options within the United States:

FedEx Next Day Air

Estimated delivery: approximately 1 business day after shipment.

USPS First Class Mail

Estimated delivery: approximately 4–7 business days.

FedEx Ground Economy

Estimated delivery: approximately 2–5 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Alaska and Hawaii

For Alaska and Hawaii, available shipping options include:

  • FedEx Ground Economy: approximately 10–14 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: approximately 3–4 business days

Order Tracking

All Happy Mammoth orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Happy Mammoth cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Happy Mammoth may be unable to resend the package and additional delivery charges may apply.

Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address.
